Weekends and Short Breaks

Nightly rates for persons less than a seven-night 'Saturday-to-Saturday' week

These are available between:

Prices shown are per night + £10.58 cleaning charge for the period reserved, to a maximum of the weekly rate then obtaining.

* AOS - Additional Occupancy Supplement (per night)
Two additional persons can be accommodated for a supplement per person, to a maximum of the weekly AOS rate.

**Upto two extra persons in addition to the normal maximum of four can be accommodated for an Additional Occupancy Supplement per person, as detailed, maximum two additional persons, per week or part of one week.

10% discount for bookings between 2nd June to 21st July (departing 22nd July), not including extras or AOS, for clients who are, or whose wife/husband is, of pension age.

7.50% discount for bookings between 22nd July and 1st September (departing 2nd September) not including extras or AOS, for parties/families including at least one minor - that is: at least one person aged sixteen or younger.

Proof of age may be required on arrival! Person applying must be a member of a party staying in accommodation throughout term. Weekends/short breaks not eligible for discount.

All prices include gas, electricity, water and VAT @ 17.50%. TARIFF INCLUDES CLEANING!
